Overview and Purpose

The Lloyd TMA Bike Committee was formed to help the Lloyd TMA reach the district-wide goal of having 10% of all employees in the Lloyd District commute by bike. The purpose of the committee is to support and motivate Lloyd District employees to commute by bike and to make it safe, easy, and fun to do so. The committee is composed of Lloyd District employees and is facilitated by a Lloyd TMA staff member.  

Bike Committee Meetings

Bike Committee meetings are open to all Lloyd District employees.  These meetings provide an informal environment to discuss issues that affect cyclists in the Lloyd District. The Bike Committee focuses on creating a community of bike riders in the district, introducing people to the fun of biking, and increasing district participation in events and incentive programs. Feel free to come to any meeting at any time. Bring your lunch and your ideas.

Schedule

The committee meets on the third Tuesday of each month from noon to 1:00 pm. Mark your calendar with the following dates, or post a bike committee flyer in your office:
